摘 要: | 石家庄市劳动关系方面存在着劳动合同签订不规范,工资拖欠严重,加班现象普遍,劳动争议处理机制不完善等问题。政府应从加快法制建设、加强调控力度、加强机制建设方面发展和谐劳动关系,劳动者应从提高自身素质,企业应从建立科学管理制度方面发展和谐劳动关系。

Abstract: | The labor contracts in Shijiazhuang exit some weak points, e.g. lack of standardization, problems of arrears wages and popular overtime-working and imperfect settlement mechanism of labor disputes. Government should speed up the construction of legal system, strengthen the supervision power and the mechanism construction to develop harmonious labor relations. The labors should improve their own quality and enterprises should develop harmonious labor relations by establishing a seientific management system. |
