流动儿童教育连续性影响因素的Logistic模型分析——以北京市昌平区某农民工子弟小学为例

流动儿童教育问题在我国非常普遍,其中最为明显的是流动儿童的教育连续性问题。随着城镇拆迁改造的推进,以及进城务工经商人员流动性增强,大量流动儿童由于农民工子弟学校拆迁、家长工作地点变迁等原因不断转学甚至辍学,这对学龄流动儿童的教育带来了严峻挑战。通过对北京市昌平区某农民工子弟学校的学生家长进行访谈和问卷调查,获取和分析了对流动儿童教育连续性具有显著影响的因素,包括个人、家庭因素以及家长对流动儿童教育的低期望使农民工子弟学校的教育职能被弱化,托管职能增强,学费、学校声望较之于学校拆迁对流动儿童教育的连续性具有更显著的影响。因此,我们不仅应做好流动儿童的分流工作,还要出台关于社会资金办学的行政方案以及相关法规,使得流动儿童教育更具有合理性与可操作性。

The Logistic Model Analysis of Influencing Factors for Education Continuity of Migrant Children

Educational problems of migrant children are widespread, especially the education continuity of migrant children. With the advancement of the renovation of the city, as well as with more mobility of urban migrants, a large number of migrant children transfer to other schools constantly and even drop out of school, resulting from the renovation of the schools for migrant workers＂ children, the change of the parents＂ working place, etc, which brings serious challenges to the education of school-age migrant children. Through the interviews and the questionnaire among the parents of students in a certain school for migrant workers＂ children in Changping District of Beijing, the researchers acquire and analyze the factors that affect the education continuity of migrant children dramatically, e.g. personal and family factors are taken into account; and the low expectation from the parents for migrant children＇s education weakens the educational functions; at the same time, trusteeship functions improve; compared with the renovation of the school, tuition and school reputation have greater effect on the education continuity of migrant children. Therefore, we will not only propose working hard on the distribution of migrant children, but we will also unveil administrative plans and relevant laws on school-running funded by society, which will make children＇s education rational and maneuverable.
