双螺杆多相流混输泵内部回流机理分析

摘    要:双螺杆多相流混输泵是用于油气混输的增压装置 ,回流是影响多相泵性能的重要因素 .通过对双螺杆油气多相流混输泵的几何解析 ,建立了不同形状回流通道的回流模型 ,回流量与压差、含气率有关 ,随着含气率的提高 ,回流量减少 ;压差增大 ,回流量提高 .可以利用气体的可压缩性 ,降低双螺杆多相流混输泵的回流量 ,从而提高其容积效率 .

Abstract:In oilfields,two-screw pump is a supercharging equipment used for oil-gas mixing delivery,and the back flow in it is an important factor influencing its performances.The geometrical characteristics of its cavity and back-flow pathway were analysed,and the back-flow models of different shape pathways were established.Back-flow volume is related to pressure difference and gas content. It decreases with the increase of gas content, and with the decline of pressure difference.
