| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是对传统发展观理性反思的产物，是系统思维的具体运用和深刻体现。科学发展观的提出，标志着发展的思维模式的根本性转变，从以往的分析思维转变为系统思维，从以“孤立实物”为中心转变为以“系统”为中心、尤其是以复杂系统为中心。

| Abstract: | The scientific concept of development is the fruits resulted from the rational introspection in terms of the traditional concepts of development.It's also the concrete applications and the deep embodiment of the system thought.The emergence of the scientific concept of development is the indication that thinking model of development have evolved into the systematic thought from the bygone analytical thought.In other words,the isolated object as the center has been transited to the system as the center,especially the complex system. |
