摘    要:在保温管道的设计中,考虑到管道直径的确定与保温层厚度的计算是相互关联、相互制约的关系,提出了从整体费用的角度对输油管道及其保温层进行同步设计的方法。从火用经济学的原理出发,得到了保温管道整体费用方程及确定最佳管径和保温层厚度的计算公式。算例分析表明,该方法能够科学地反映管道直径和保温层厚度的关联关系以及经济环境等参数对管道设计的影响。

Abstract:In the course of design for insulation pipeline, the calculation of pipe diameter and determination of the thermal insulation layer are related and restricted to each other. A new method of synchronization design for oil pipeline and its insulation layer was proposed. Based on the principle of energy-economics, an equation for calculating the annual total expenses was proposed. By this equation, the expressions of the optimal pipeline diameter and the thickness of its insulation layer were derived. The calculation results show that the new method can completely reflect the relationship between the optimal pipe diameter and the thickness of insulation layer. The influence of many parameters on design, such as economic data, is exactly reflected.
