| Abstract: | Based on the brief introduction of AI applications for communications network management and maintenance in western countries, this paper states its significance and points out the main principles, implementation goal and relevant problems to be solved in developing intelligent Networks Control Center(NCC), Combined with the VSAT atellite networks, an intelligent NCC system model and two major reasoning strategies are given and discussed. |
