多标准分析法(MCA)在水电站选址项目中的应用

摘    要:采用多标准分析法进行水电站选址,主要是以层次分析法和等级区分法作为手段,结合高精度卫星图片、数字高程模型、历史水文资料等数据,使用地理信息系统,对选址流域的人口居住地、地质情况、汇水区域、水位落差等条件进行综合分析,并将分析结果按需求权重进行分类,模拟计算出各个可行方案的水库汇水的面积、坝宽、坝高、年平均发电量、以及建设成本等结果,为水电项目大坝选址提供直观的对比和依据。

Abstract:Multi-criteria analysis, which includes Analytic Hierarchy Process and Rank method, applies gegraphic information system to combine 0.5 m high precision satellite images, 1 : 10000 digital elevation model and local historical hydrologic data. And then the selected basin will be comprehensively analyzed for its population, geology, water catchment area and height of water. Analyzed result will be classified according to demand weights and simulated to calculate the feasible plans contains data of dam reservoir of catchment area, dam wide, dam height, the average annual output, as well as the construction cost. It will provide intuitive comparison and basis for the dam for Dam site selection.
