钢桁架-混凝土板组合屋盖结构静力特性研究

摘    要:详细介绍了一跨度为44m立体钢桁架-混凝土板组合楼盖的结构形式。采用基于壳单元和杆单元的有限元模型对组合空间桁架结构与普通钢桁架结构进行理论分析,对比得到了组合空间桁架结构的位移、轴力及混凝土板应力。介绍了组合空间桁架各杆件及上弦节点设计。研究表明。组合空间桁架上层混凝土板受压,应力分布比较均匀,可以充分发挥材料的强度,有效地节省材料;上弦杆轴力较普通钢桁架小的多;下弦杆轴力分布由支座向跨中逐渐增大;腹杆轴力分布由支座向跨中逐渐减小。

Abstract:This paper introduces in detail the structural form of a solid steel truss and concrete floor plate combination whose span is 44 m. For theoretical analysis of the composite space truss and ordinary steel truss, the combination finite element method of shell elements and link elements model is adopted. Composite space truss structure displacement, axial force and stress of concrete plates are obtained by comparison. This paper also introduces design of each link and upper chord node of the composite space truss. Results show that upper concrete plate of composite space truss is in press-bending. Therefore, the internal force of the composite space truss distributes uniformly and its strength of materials develops effectively. Axial force upper chord of the composite space truss is smaller than ordinary steel truss. Axial force lower chord of the composite space truss increases from support to mid-span. Axial force web member of the composite space truss decreases from support to midspan.
