无痛结肠镜的临床观察

目的研究最低有效剂量单位的氯胺酮复合异丙酚在结肠镜检查中的镇痛效果。方法选择100例ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ级,心肺功能无异常、性别、年龄、体重无显著差异的患者随机分为两组,Ⅰ组实施无痛结肠镜检查,Ⅱ组实施传统结肠镜检查。通过两组的BP、HR、SPO2及不良反应来判断各自在无痛结肠镜检查中的效果。结果Ⅰ组患者检查过程舒适无痛苦,对检查过程无知晓,无任何不良记忆。Ⅱ组患者检查过程中有明显不适感如腹痛、腹胀、恶心、肛周疼痛等。结论l00～200μg/kg氯胺酮1～2 mg/kg异丙酚在结肠镜检查中镇痛效果确切。生命体征平稳,不良反应少,相对安全,值得推广应用。

Clinical observation of painless colonoscopy

Objective：To Study of the analgesic effect of the lowest effective dose unit of ketamine com- bined with propofol in colonoscopy. Methods： Choice of 100 cases of ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ class, heart and lung function abnormalities, gender, age, body weight was no significant difference between the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the painless colonoscopy of group Ⅰ was implemented and the convention- al colonoscopy of group Ⅱ was implemented. The effect of the painless colonoscopy was determined by two sets of BP, HR, SPO2, and adverse reactions. Results：The patients of group I feel comfortable and painless, check. The process of propofol in without knowledge of the inspection process, without any bad memories during the process of patients of group Ⅱ ob viously feel abdominal pain, bloating, nausea, perianal pain during the check.Conculsion：The analgesic effect of 100-200 μg/kg ketamine combined with 1-2 mg/kg colonoscopy was exact and obviously.The vital signs of patients was very stable, Drugs have no side effects and was relatively safe, Clinical application should be promoted .
