| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the shortcomings of FTW including only 3PL participating in, and then puts forward to the opinion of allowing 4PL to participate in the operation of FTW. It also analyzes the possibility of 4PL taking part in the operation of FTW. At last, the paper gives three modes of operational modes of FTW based on 4PL, including Principal-Agent Mode, United Credit Mode and Alliance Mode, and then the theory of FTW can be perfected and developed further. |
