摘    要:提出了面向环境设计的金属材料选材原则,建立了金属及其合金的环境影响量化模型,使用模糊层次分析法确定了各环境因子的权重,给出了环境因子量的计算方法,最后应用环境影响量化模型计算和比较了冰箱热交换器各材料生产过程中的环境影响因子,为冰箱热交换器的材料选择提供了一定意义上的指导。

Abstract:In this paper, the principles of metals selection in product design for environment are given. The quantitative model of environmental impact of metals and alloys is established. The weight of each environmental load is determined by the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process(FAHP). The methods to calculate environmental load value are given and the pipe materials for heat exchanger of refrigerator are taken as the example. As shown in the case study, the proposed method can provide useful design guidelines and criterion for materials selection in design for environment (DfE).
