| Abstract: | Flexibility research is combined with economic efficiency. Two characteristics of flexibility are revealed. Based on the characteristics, the flexibility measurement methods are put forward. An example is given to explain the method. The result shows that the flexibility measurement of economic efficiency is more reasonable and available. |
