| Abstract: | Engagement is a common phenomenon in nations all over the world, but our country don＇ t have relevant laws and regulations on the provisions of the engagement. And the frequent disputes also caused by engagement. So it is necessary for us to care enough of the engagement. From the point of view of the contract to the nature,validity, remove and damages of the engagement are discussed briefly in this paper. |
