| 摘 要： | 在洞庭湖区先行建设生态农业示范区,具有极为重要的意义。建设洞庭湖区生态农业示范区目前应做好四项工作:对水域进行分区规划、分类管理;对堤垸因地制宜确定堤垸经济发展模式;对流域加大"减排"工作力度,减轻洞庭湖的污染负荷;建立生态环境保护与建设的投入机制。

| Abstract: | Establishing ecological agriculture demonstration area in the Dongting Lake Area is of significance and the following development strategies are necessary: dividing different water areas and managing them respectively,establishing different economy development modes for different dams,taking measures to release pollution for the Dongting Lake,establishing ecological protection and development mechanism. |
