摘 要: | 我国目前农村实用人才存在着总量不足、素质不高、分布不均衡、结构不合理、人才流失严重和激励机制不活等诸多问题。因此,今后我们应转变观念,加强制度创新、发展面向农村的高等教育、建立表彰激励制度等人才队伍培养措施。

Abstract: | There are short quantity, low quality, uneven distribution, unreasonable structure, serious brain drain and not living incentive mechanism, and many other problems of practical talents at present in the country-side. Therefore, we should change the idea, strengthen the system innovation, perfect rural information service sys-tern, establish incentive system, and so on for talents measures. |
