| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着人们对“文化多元化”话题的广泛关注，学术界也越来越注重文化多元化背景下对思想政治教育工作的研究。基于文化多元化对我国思想政治教育工作的负面影响，我们应制定相应的对策，重视思想政治教育工作，努力提高思想政治教育的成效，实现思想政治教育的目标。

| Abstract: | In recent years, along with the people＇s wide concern to the ＂cultural diversity＂, academic circles has paid more and more attentions＇to the research on ideological and politcal education work of China under the backgroud of cultural diversity. Based on the nagetive impact of cultural diversity to ideological and politcal education work of China, we should make the corresponding counterrnesures, pay attention to the research on ideological and politcal education work, improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, and realize the goal of ideological and political education. |
