基于协商视角的客观自主式综合评价方法

针对指标值和指标权重均为区间数的综合评价问题,提出了一种基于协商视角的客观自主式综合评价方法。该方法首先将各被评价对象平等地视为具有自主性的"智能体",评价主体通过引入指标竞争优势度的概念进行自主评价,确定各自的优势指标权重向量,进而达到最大化自身利益的目的;在此基础上,基于民主协商的思想,通过协商评价,综合有利益冲突的各评价主体的评价信息,得到最终的评价结果。最后,通过一个算例对该方法的应用进行了说明。

An Objective Self-determining Comprehensive Evaluation Method based on Collaborative Perspective

Aiming at interval number comprehensive evaluation problem,an objective self-determining evaluation method based on collaborative perspective is presented.This method first takes every evaluation object as an intelligent agent.Every evaluation object performs independent evaluation and the weighting vector is determined through the notion of competitive advantage degree.Through independent evaluation every evaluation object can maximize its self-interest.On this basis,every evaluation object performs collaborative evaluation under the idea of democratic evaluation.It can concentrate the divergent evaluation values and get the final evaluation results.A numerical example is given to illustrate the method.
