紫参和安祖花不定芽人工种子的研究

摘    要:在含高浓度细胞分裂素和低浓度生长素的培养基上,紫参(Salviachinensis)和安祖花(Anthuriumandraeanum)均以叶片为外植体,诱导产生不定芽,但单个不定芽较难从致从致密愈伤组织上分离,这种不定芽包裹成人工种子,在1/2MS培养基上培养,分别获得72.7%和11.3%的萌发率,但均未成成小植株,用高浓度生长素和低浓度细胞分裂素处理(或低浓度生长素单独处理)上述带芽愈伤组织后

Abstract:Adventitious shoots were induced from leaf explants of Salvia chinensis and Anthurium andraeanum on media containing high concentration of cytokinin andlow concentration of auxin. It was difficult to severe monoshoot from denso calli, for the stems of adventitious shoots were too short to be cut easily. When two kinds of adventitious shoots were encapsulated into artificial seeds and cultured on 1/2 MS media, 72.7% and 11.3% germination rates were obtained.Aftcr half a month fo t Salvia chinensis and 1.5 months for Anthurium andracanu m respcctivcly. When pretreated with combination of high cone.auxin and low cone.cytokinin before encapsulation, adventious shoots were induced abundantly and their stems lengthened the shoots were easilydissected and encapsulated into artificial seeds. When artificial seeds were cultured on 1/2 MS media, germination rates increased to 76.4% and 98.8%, and conversion rates were 48.7% annd 56. 1% respectively.
