| 摘 要： | 通过盆栽土培，以亚硒酸钠的形式供给不同水平的硒，研究了硒对大豆苗期的生物学特性、根系活力、叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质质量分数的影响，结果显示：当补硒浓度为0～1mg／g时，各项指标的变化均与硒浓度呈正相关，超过1mg／g后则反向变化；但在10mg／g以下，各项指标水平均优于未施硒的．

| Abstract: | Using soil-culture in pot with selenium provided at different levels in the form of Na2SeO3,the paper studies the effect of selenium on the biological characteristics, root system activity, water - soluble protein content, chlorophyll of Soybean. The results indicate: At the range of 0 - 1 mg/g, the above indexes increase with Se concentration; when the selenium concentratimis higer than 1 mg/g, the trend is on the other direction; if it is below 10 mg/g,all indexes are much better than CK. |
