| 摘 要： | 根据系统控制论的基本原理 ,提出一个“3级责任编辑制”模型的设想 ,对编辑系统各要素实行优化 ,形成一个反馈控制回路 ,使期刊的编校质量实现反馈自控 ,达到提高编辑效率和编辑质量的目的。

| Abstract: | The saaumption concerming the pattern of “3-grade Duty Editing System”had been promoted according to the fundamentals of system control theory.Optimizing each essential factor in the edutorial system and forming one feedback control return,the compiling and proofreading qualities were automatically controlled so that editorial efficiency and quality were raised. |
