| 摘 要： | 通过对足球基本技术教学内容进行优化设计和教学实验，结果表明：程序教学法有利于学生加深对所学技术的理解和运用能力，并能及时反馈教学的效果，使教授环节和学习环节相对应、相连接，使教学过程达到完善而系统化，从而明显提高了教学效率和质量．

| Abstract: | Through carrying on optimization design and teaching experiment to the content of courses of basic technique of football, the result shows : Programmed Instruction Approach helps students to strengthen understanding of technology studied and application ability , can feedback result of teaching in time , make professor link and study link to be corresponding joining, make the teaching course reach and perfect and systematized, thus obviously improved teaching efficiency and quality. |
