摘    要:岩石抗压强度是重要的岩石力学特性参数,常采用在压力机上直接压坏标准试样的方式测得.虽然该测量方法得到了广泛的应用,但是这些方法具有显而易见的缺点:耗费时间长、所需岩样多、试样加工困难、岩石非均质性对实验结果影响严重等.介绍了利用刻划测试岩石抗压强度的原理、方法以及测试技术,对均质砂岩和非均质泥页岩开展了刻划测试实验,可靠性分析研究表明,刻划测试技术准确、可靠,具有很大的推广价值.

Abstract:The rock strength (uniaxial compressive strength UCS) is an important parameter for many rock mechanics applications. Usually the experimental is completed by a press machine which directly crushes standard samples. Although this traditional method has been standardized and extensively applied, the method has obvious shortcomings, such as consuming time, requiring a lot of samples, processing difficultly, seriously influence by heterogeneity. In this paper, the phenomenological mode and test technology are described in detail. Scratch tests respectively for homogeneous sandstone and non-homogenieous shale are carried out and compared with conventional methods. At last, the reliability analysis of scratch results is carried out which shows that scratching technology is accurate and reliable, and has great value of popularization.
