| 摘 要： | 以薇甘菊（Mikania micrantha）提取物乙酸乙酯部分对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌进行抑菌试验.结果表明,薇甘菊提取物乙酸乙酯部分能有效地抑制细菌的生长,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为5 %、10 %.

| Abstract: | Antimicrobial activities of Ethyl ether section of extracts from Mikania micrantha against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus have been tested.The results showed that Ethyl ether section of extracts from Mikania micrantha could effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria.The anticrobial minimum dosages of Ethyl ether section of extracts from Mikania micrantha were against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus 5% and 10% respectively. |
