摘    要:研究了磷钒钼酸与碱性染料孔雀绿在水溶液中的显色反应,确定了最佳反应条件,并将这种方法应用于复混肥中磷含量的测定,试验结果表明,此方法的灵敏度高,重现性好,准确度高。

Abstract:In this paper, we have investigated and discuss the appropriate conditions under which the developing reaction to responds to Phospho Vando Molybdic acid and basic dye malachite green in aqueous solution by conducting experiments, through which the best quantity about addition of reagents can be fixed. The method is used to measure the phosphorus content in compound fertilizers. The results show that the method possess high quality in sensitivity, reappearance and accuracy.
