| 摘 要： | 汉冶萍公司是中国近代最早、最大的以股份制方式创建起来的钢铁煤联合企业,从创建至发展到消亡的58年历史进程中,不但为中国近代工业的发展做出了突出而重要的历史贡献,而且自身积淀着深厚的企业精神和企业文化。对当代中国工业发展有着独特的现实启示。
