摘    要:在对飞机电气专业开设的机载电路维修工艺实习课程中,针对学生存在的动手不动脑,维修理念欠缺等问题,以波音飞机10s延时电路为训练载体,通过采取查询飞机维修手册,明确排故流程;开展差异性教学,鼓励创新;设置电路故障,强化测试排故;细化考评方式,增加成绩区分度等措施,有效改善了教学现状。实践教学表明,学生积极动手动脑,能够建立起基本的内场维修理念,获得了良好的课堂教学效果。

Abstract:In the course of airborne circuit maintenance craft practice which is designed for the students majored in aircraft electrical, aiming at the problems of students such as act without think, lack of maintenance concept, 10 second delay circuit of Boeing aircraft is chosen as the training carri- er. By taking the measures including inquire aircraft maintenance manuals, specify troubleshooting process; develop differential teaching and encourage innovation; set circuit fault, strengthen test and troubleshooting; detail appraisal methods to increase ties is changed effectively. Practice teaching shows infield maintenance concept is established and good the achievement distinguish, the teaching actuali- that the students act and think actively, the basic teaching effect is achieved.
