高精尖培养模式下能源与动力类实践教学的探索

摘    要:高精尖创新人才的培养,已经成为当今高等学校发展的主要目标之一。在提高能源与动力类专业实践课程的教学质量、培养学生创新能力的基础上,提出切实可行的高精尖创新人才培养模式,是教学的研究核心。针对能源与动力类专业实践教学,从课程的构建特点出发,通过对实践教学的建设思路、教学内容、以及教学方法等方面的探索研究,设计优化了一套理论与实践相结合的完整的教学体系,不仅能够增强学生的创新性思维能力和科研动手能力,提高学生的综合素质,更有利于高精尖人才的培养与发展。

Abstract:The cultivation of sophisticated and innovative talents has become one of the development goals in colleges and universities recent years. On the basis of improving the teaching quality of the Energy and Power professional practice courses and cultivating students" innovative ability, it is the teaching research core that put forward the training model of sophisticated creative talents practically. According to the Energy and Power Engineering Teaching courses, in this paper, a complete teaching system with combination of theory and practice is designed and optimized through the exploration of practical teaching thought, teaching content and teaching methods, which starts from the construction characteristics of course. The system not only enhances the students" creative thinking ability and sci- entific research ability, improves the overall quality of students, and more conducive to the training and develooment of high-teeh talent
