新型高效双管式石英炉膛的设计

摘    要:设计了一种新型双管式石英炉膛,它由石英管与玻璃磨口阀、三通三支真空活塞及石英过滤片连接组成,且连接处用耐高温真空脂密封缝隙。这种新型石英双管炉膛管结构简单,体积精巧,拆洗方便;不仅减少了不锈钢材的用量,而且降低了制作成本;同时控温系统采用现代化多段智能程序温度控制仪,稳定性好,可快速升降温度;又因与外壁炉膛双层保温,使散热损失缩小;在烧结使用中,更换样品时既方便又快捷,效率高而且更实用,运行安全性能更好。

Design of a new type of high efficiency quartz double-tube furnace chamber

Abstract:At present, the widely used tube furnace chamber was made up of quartz tube ( or alumina tube) and stainless steel flange, which had a complicated structure and inconvenient operation. The new tube furnace chamber was designed by consisting of quartz tube, glass piston, three-way vacuum piston and quartz filter, and the connections were sealed by thermostable vacuum grease. This design has the advantages of simple structure and easy to be operated. It not only decreased the usage of stainless steel but also reduced the production cost. The use of modern multi-stage intelligent temperature control instrument provided the temperature control more stable and modified temperature rapidly. The new chamber can be placed into the conventional tube furnace chamber to form double insulation so as to improve thermal performance which could reduce the temperature loss and easy to operate safely during the sintering process.
