基于CAD/CAM的“融入式”机械类课程的改革与探索

摘    要:随着先进设计制造技术的不断发展,机械类专业外延和内涵都发生了很大变化,传统的教学模式和方法已经不适合现在的发展要求。根据目前本科机械类课程体系暴露的问题,提出了基于CAD/CAM的本科机械类课程体系的改革方案,设置了不同层次的CAD/CAM培训课程,从基础培训到中级培训,再到高级培训,满足不同层次学生的学习需求;将CAD/CAM各个模块融入到人才培养方案的不同门类的相关课程当中进行讲授,教学内容和机械学科的课程设置相关联。通过课程学习,增强了教学的直观性、趣味性和教学效果,有效地提高了学生综合设计水平、实践能力和就业能力,加强了创新能力的培养。

Abstract:Owing to the developing of advanced design and manufacturing technology,the contents of mechanical majors have changed greatly. Moreover,traditional teaching modes and methods no longer meet the current demands. Ideas to reform the undergraduate mechanical courses system on CAD/CAM are discussed. At first,to the aspects of learning needs,different levels training courses on CAD/CAM are installed. Second,CAD /CAM modules are taught in different mechanical courses,and teaching contents are associated with mechanical courses. Following the curricula,teaching intuition,interesting and teaching effect are enhanced. Students' design levels,practical ability and employ ability are effectively improved,and innovation ability is strengthened.
