基于NI ELVIS的直流电机转速测控实验系统的开发

摘    要:目前我校“现代测试技术”课程实验大多采用实验箱实现,为弥补学生不能自由选择元器件、自行设计搭建电路的弊端,将NIELVIS平台引入实验教学中,采用ELVISⅡ平台和开发软件LabVIEW开发了基于PID控制的直流电机调速系统。实验表明,ELVIS平台比传统实验教学装置更具有灵活性、创新性、实践性,可充分调动学生对实验内容的创造性。

Abstract:At present, most of the teaching experiments of modern technology of measurement course are implemented by experimental box, with which students have no chance to contact the practical e- lectronic components, no chance to select elements and to construct the electrical circuits by them- selves. The concept of NIELVIS is introduced into the experimental teaching. The PID speed control system for DC control motor system is designed based on NIELVIS II and the LabVIEW software. The results prove that ELVIS is more flexible, innovative and practical compared with the traditional experi- mental teaching device, and students can implement more creative experiments on it.
