| 摘 要： | 现代透射电镜是电镜与计算机结合的产物,由于计算机软件程序对电镜操作的控制,使透射电镜运行的复杂过程简单化,所以使得现在拍摄清晰的高分辨透射电镜照片变成一件比较容易的事。除了严格按照规程操作外,正确的日常维护是使其发挥出应有性能的重要保障和延长其使用寿命的关键。学校JEM-2100透射电镜安装了CCD和能谱仪,掌握好它的操作要点,通过调整该透射电镜的多项机械和电子光学参数,可以快速拍摄出高质量的透射电镜照片。

| Abstract: | The modern Transmission Electron Microscope （TEM） is the product of the comb ination of electron microscope and computer. Controlled by computer software, the complicated operation of TEM is simplified. So that it is more easily to get a high quality TEM photo. In addition to strictly in accordance with the procedures, the right routine maintenance is to make it play an important role in promoting the performance and prolong the service life of the instrument. JEM-2100 is installed with CCD and EDS. With a skillful grasp of the operation of JEM-2100, the process of the multi-mechanical and electron optics parameter adjustment of TEM can be finished quickly and a high-quality TEM photo can be took. |
