摘    要:为研究不同材料组成的多层储罐类结构温度场分布,基于该类结构的几何特征和温度场分布特点,将结构简化为球壳部分、圆筒部分和平板部分的组合,进而给出了简化分析模型。从热传导方程和能量守恒原理出发,应用温度边界条件的转换,得出温度等效边界条件。在研究单层材料温度场的基础上,应用递推方法和层间边界条件的连续性,给出了多层不同材料组成的球壳部分、圆筒部分和平板部分的温度场分布的理论简化解。以某典型工程为例,通过该方法与ABAQUS软件数值模拟结果的比较,验证了其计算精度。

Abstract:The temperature field distribution of the multi-layer storage tank was studied. The simplified calculating model was presented by combining together a cylinder, a sphere and a plate according to the tank's geometrical and temperature field characteristics. The equivalent temperature boundary conditions,by using the boundary conditions with form converted,were derived based on the heat transferring equation and the principle of conservation of energy. The temperature field distribution of multi-layer storage tank parts, such as the cylinder, the hemisphere and the plate,was given by simplified theoretical calculation method based on the temperature field of the simple-layer part. Numerical results of a representative project based on the software ABAQUS were plotted so as to verify the accuracy of the theoretical solution by comparison.
