| 摘 要： | 目的：研究核桃楸皮的甲醇提取液对肿瘤细胞SMMC-7721（人肝癌）和SCG-7901（人胃癌）的增殖抑制作用。方法：MTT（噻唑蓝比色法）和紫外分光光度法相结合,以5-Fu（五氟尿嘧啶）为阳性对照药物,在560nm波长,紫外分光光度计,检测不同剂量的核桃楸甲醇提取液,对肿瘤细胞抑制作用的OD值,考察甲醇提取液对肿瘤细胞的24h抑制作用。结果：SMMC-7721,IC50=0.09977mg/mL；SCG-7901,IC50=0.12656mg/mL。

Methods： Experimentations detection the OD of Liquid of Methanol extract by MTF . Detect the absorbance at 560 nm by ultraviolet spectrophotometer . Re- suits： Experimentations show the better Inhibition rates on cell SMMC-7721 and SCG-7901. （Ex- traction Liquid） SMMC-7721, IC50 =0. 09977mg/ml; SCG-7901, lC50 =0. 12656mg/ml. |
