摘    要:针对国内各大油田逐步进入后期开采,螺杆泵采油技术是一种很有效的方法。选择合理的螺杆泵转速,是确保螺杆泵能否发挥最佳功效和工作寿命的关键,因为单螺杆泵定、转子相对运动速度,决定着定、转子表面的磨损。限制泵运行时转子与定子之间的最大滑动速度就显得尤为重要。因此根据螺杆泵运行原理,推导出了单螺杆泵转子在做行星运动时的最佳滑动速度,目的是为我们自主研发“电潜螺杆泵采油系统”中减速器方案的设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:Since the major domestic oilfields gradually progress to the late production period, screw- pump technique is a very effective way for oil exploitation. The appropriate rotational speed is crucial to the screw-pump to guarantee it works in the best efficiency and maintains longest working life, be- cause the surface friction and wear of the stator and rotator is due to their relative velocity. Therefore, it is very important to limit the maximum sliding velocity of the stator and rotator. According to the working mechanism of screw-pump, the best velocity of single screw-pump under planetary motion is calculated, which is for providing theoretical basis for the design of independent developed " Electric Submersible Prozressin~ Cavitv Pump Svstem".
