摘    要:急性毒性试验计算出鱼类半数忍受限值(TLm),并推算出鱼类生活的安全浓度,为治理提供依据,用废水对鱼类进行诱发微核试验,确定各污染源是否含有“三致”物质,并进一步找出废水浓度与微核出现的关系。

Abstract:Through the acute poisonous test, we can figure out the value of TLM, and calculate a safety concentration which rich can live in. These data provide a base for controlling the environmental pollution. Inductive mini-nucleus test towards fish in waste water were carried out to make sure if there are "three causes matter" in sources of pollution, with the purpose of and finding out the relation between the concentration of waste water and the apperance of mini-nucleus.
