| 摘 要： | 基层烟草站是征购农业税的主要业务部门，承担着任务制订与分解、烟叶价格实施、烟叶验质、税款计算、任务完成情况监督、数据汇总等业务。将数据库技术引入该领域，极大地减轻了操作差错率，减小了业务人员的工作量，为领导机构管理决策提供了技术保障。

| Abstract: | Grass root tobacco station is a main department for the requisition of agricultural tax, responsible for drawing up and distributing assignments, carrying out the policy for tobacco price, checking tobacco quality, calculating tax payment, supervising the fulfillment of assignments and collecting data, etc. The introduction of data base technology into this field has greatly reduced the rate of operational mistakes, relieved the burden of relevant workers and in turn provided technological guarantee for the leading body to make administrative decisions. |
