图像压缩算法的研究

摘    要:采用自适应子带分解方法对原始图像经过基于提升算法的小波变换后进一步分解,对分解后的码块采用自适应相对距离最近阈值法将局部块划分为4类(平坦、过渡、弱纹理和强纹理),对平坦局部块进行向量量化编码,对其余局部码块使用改进的位平面编码从而提高压缩比和编码效率.

Abstract:Adaptive sub-band decomposition of the original image is based on lifting wavelet transform algorithm to further break down right after the code block decomposition of the relative adaptive threshold method to the nearest local block is divided into four classes (smooth, transitional and weak texture and strong texture), the partial block of a flat vector quantization coding, the rest of the local code block using the improved bit-plane coding to improve compression ratio and coding efficiency.
