| Abstract: | Normal universities should become the major positions for the popularization of astronomy education. That is not only a fundamental necessity for the quality education of all its citizens in a nation but also an effective measure to promote the reform of the new curriculum project. To be specific, it is necessary to take such comprehensive measures as giving an optionalcourse in astronomy, organizing practical astronomical activities and so on so as to effectively push this work of popular science down- to- earth. |
