精神分裂症和情感障碍家系中夫妻互患癌的研究

探讨了精神分裂症、情感障碍与癌症之间关系。采用了精神分裂症和情感障碍的家系分析法和对照比较法。结果表明情感障碍组夫妻癌发生率高于精神分裂症组 ;各级亲属患癌率分析表明精神病与癌症之间无明显关联存在。因此 ,癌症的发生与人类的情绪有关 ,不健康的心理状态是癌症发生的不良因素。

A Comparison Analysis of Couple Cancer in families with Affective Disorder

To detect the relation between the onset of cancer and schizophrenia and affective disorder.Method:The investigation was made by means of a pedigree analysis and a comparison of the prevalence rates of cancer between families with schizophrenia and affective disorder and the normal controls.Result:1.the incidence of couple cancer in families with afective disorder was higher than that in families with schizophrenia.2.The comparison of the prevalence rates in first,sceond and third degree relatives showed that there is no obvious relationship between psychosis and cancer.Conclusion:The prevalence rate of cancer might be related to human emotion,especially correlated with unhealthy moods.
