| 摘 要： | 在模糊理论的基础上,主要利用相对隶属度原则和各个权重的衡量来建立模糊模式识别模型,结合相关数据应用于房地产市场的研究,分析和评估了我国2005—2009年房地产发展形势,并对2010年的房地产发展趋势进行了评判,结果与实际情况吻合良好.

| Abstract: | This research makes use of the optimal membership principle and the measure of weights to establish the model of fuzzy pattern recognition,which is used in the study of the Chinese real estate market combined with some interrelated data.It analyzes the situation of the Chinese real estate market between 2005 and 2009 and assesses the development in 2010,whose results are in line with the actual situation. |
