摘    要:IMBE和AMBE都是基于MBE技术的低比特率、高质量语音压缩算法,其优越的性能已得到国际公认,并植于DVS公司的AMBE2000语音压缩芯片内。以AMBE2000压缩芯片为核心实现的机车固态语音记录仪,具有智能化、全电子、记录时间长、可靠性高的特点,是保证铁路行车安全的重要设备,正逐步在铁路机车上推广使用。

Abstract:IMBE (Improved Multi - Band Excitation) and AMBE (Advanced Multi - Band Excitation) both based on the proprietary MBE (Multi - Band Excitation) speech compression algoritym are intemationally recognized as the best speech compression algorithms in the world , and AMBE has been built in DVSI''s AMBE2000 speech compression vocoder. The locomotive voice compression recorder based on AMBE2000 chip possesses the characteristics of intelligibility , full - electronics ,long - time recording and high reliability. The recorder , which has been gradually equipped throughout the railway system , is an important equipment by which railway transportation safety can be realized.
