| 摘 要： | 自2003年在全国各地开始新型农村合作医疗试点工作以来,我国农村新型医疗合作制度已初见雏形。但是,当前的新型农村合作医疗主要靠行政力量和政治力量推进,法律制度的供给诉求在我国新型合作医疗发展的进程中愈发迫切。

| Abstract: | Since the pilot work of the new village cooperative medical guarantee system was spread all over the country in 2003,the system has earned its first pattern.However,the present medical system is mainly propelled by administrative and political strength.Thus the requirement for legalization rules becomes more and more important. |
