| 摘 要： | 基于分块DCT的视频压缩方法在数字视频系统中得到了广泛的应用.该方法能有效降低数据量,但同时也带来了压缩损伤.本文从理论上分析了压缩损伤产生的原因,并提出了可对三种主要压缩损伤(振铃现象、块效应和边缘模糊)进行定量测量的方法.实验结果证明,该方法具有可靠、实用的特点.

| Abstract: | Block-DCT-based video compression scheme has been used widely in digital video system.While it works effectively in data compression,it brings the compression artifacts.In this paper,the causes for compression artifacts are analyzed theoretically,and the metrics to evaluate the three major types of compression artifacts(ringing,blocking,edge blur) are introduced.The experimental results show that the metrics are reliable and practical. |
