| 摘 要： | 使用DEA（数据包络分析）中的Malmquist生产力指教分析方法对我国民用机场的运营效率进行了分析。选取了九个样本机场和相应的输入、输出指标．通过对这些机场1995～2005年期间输出、输入指标关系的分析，发现目前我国民用机场业务量增长主要依赖设施规模的扩大，机场规模效率和技术因素在业务量增长过程中所发挥作用并未发生明显变化；并且随着机场设施规模的迅速扩大，生产和管理技术进步指教出现了下降趋势，导致机场整体运营效率下降．并未随着业务量增长而同步增长。另外还发现我国机场运营效率和运营规模之间并不存在正相关性。

| Abstract: | The paper firstly analyses the operating efficiency of china civil airports by using Malmquist TFP index of DEA.By choosing nine sample airports,setting input and output indices and analyzing of correlation between input and output(indices,) the fact that china civil airports' operation increment is heavily dependent on the enlargement of airports' infrastructure,but scale factor and technology efficiency remaining unchanged during the process is discovered.With the rapid expandment of airports' infrastructure,management and technology efficiency decrease gradually,leading to the reducing of airport's operational efficiency,contrary to the increase trend of airports' operation.Besides that,the fact of positive correlation between airports' efficiency and scale hasn't be discovered. |
