摘    要:为解决物质流分析方法(EW-MFA)通常不考虑经济系统的内在结构,而难以处理其内部物质分配、使用和转换的问题,采取以EW-MFA为框架,结合投入产出分析对经济系统结构进行概化的方法,建立了基于三维物质投入产出表(PIOT)的区域物质流分析模型。模型由一系列二维PIOT(总表、分表和附表)整合构成,对包括非质量单位物质流在内的所有原材料、产品和废物流进行描述。基于模型及其平衡关系,进一步提出结合产业结构、技术进步及社会经济等因素进行区域物质流分析的方法及指标。所建模型及其分析方法、指标,能用于识别区域经济系统的物质代谢过程与结构特征,对资源、能源消耗与废物排放作调控分析,并为区域经济发展模式的转型决策提供技术支持。

Abstract:Intra-flows, i.e., flows for the distribution, use, and transformation of materials inside economic system, cannot be analyzed by economy-wide material flow analyses. A 3-D physical input-output table-based regional material flow analysis model was developed to analyze intra-flows with the input-output analysis introduced to conceptualize the economic system. The model includes a main input-output table, sub-tables, and supplementary tables to describe all the raw materials, products, and waste including weightless material flows. The model was used to define indicators of regional material flows based on the industrial structure, techniques, and socio-economic conditions. The model can be used to identify material metabolism and the structural characteristics of a regional economic system, to plan natural resource consumption and waste discharge in a region, and to provide decision-making support for regional developmental transformation.
