论增强人文环境建设的科学性和有效性

人文环境建设是人全面发展的前提性条件，重视人文环境建设是我国文明进步的重要标志。但在目前轰轰烈烈的人文环境建设的讨论中存在着两个根本性缺陷：一是过于狭窄的文化观，因而不能观照人文环境建设的客观实践的整体：二是公式化、概念化、标签化、简单化问题，因而不能体现人文环境建设的人文本质。笔者认为。要实现人文环境建设的科学性和有效性，就必须深刻理解科学发展观在党的理论创新过程中的里程碑意义，自觉坚持以科学发展观为指导，确立宏观人文环境观。着眼建设和谐社会，确立科学的构建原则。

On the Scientific and Effective Establishment of Humanistic Environment

The establishment of humanism environment is the precondition of people＇s all-around development. It is an important sign of China＇s advancement in civilization. However, there＇re two faults in the present vigorous discussions about humanism environment： Firstly, an over-narrow view of culture can not reflect the whole of the establishment＇s objective practice; Secondly, simplifying and formulizing the issue can not reflect the nature of humanism in the establishment.
