| 摘 要： | 中国发展文化产业是一个合理、必然且适时的选择。中国文化产业兴起的合理性在于,世界范围内的文化产业兴盛所造成的压力构成了其生成的背景,市场经济的发展构成了其宏观背景;文化产品内容的价值寻租、资源富余、闲暇时间等文化产业兴起的条件日臻成熟;政策扶持及智力资本拥有程度成为文化产业发展的强力支持系统。

| Abstract: | Developing culture industry is a rational and necessary choice for China.The rise of Chinese culture industry has its rationality. Its embryonic background is generated by the pressure arising from the flourishing of world culture industry,while the development of China's market economy provides a macroscopical environment.On the other hand,the increasing focus on the renting value of cultural products,resource surplus and leisure time has created a ripe time for such a development,and the policy support and intellectual capital capacity can help build a momentum system for the industry. |
