| 摘 要： | 高职院校、企业、政府机构和中介组织在职教集团中发挥着不同的作用：高职院校应以企业需求为导向，创新教育模式，培养高素质应用型人才；企业以院校成果为依托，完善和寻求智力支持和人力资源支撑；政府机构加大政府保障和资金支持；中介组织提供就业指导和供需信息，参与职教集团运行。由此构建“四位一体”的职教集团运行机制。
