泛欧GSM 13kb/s RPE—LTP编译码算法探讨

摘    要:作者在文章中探讨了数字移动通信标准中的一种优选编码方案-GSM 13kb/s RPE-LTP编译码方案,又着重研究其算法,计算反射系数的协方差斜格算法和自相关法窗函数的选取。该方案用C程序实现且采用实际录制的语言与正弦信号进行测试,性能与原方案基本相同。最后用TMS320C25高性能硬件仿真实现。

Abstract:While discussing why the code rate of 13kb/s is employed in the encoding and decoding of RPE LTP and is an optimum encoding scheme in the stardards of the digital mobile communication, the author also studies the encoding and decoding of the GSM 13kb/s RPE LTP algorithm and has worked out relevant algorithms and coefficients. This scheme is realized by Program C and tested by speech recorded in actral life and by sine signals. The performance of this scheme is largely identically to that of the original scheme. At last the paper realizes the RPE LTP fixed point algorithm with C25 assembler langnage on TMS320 C25 development board.
