| Abstract: | On the basis of expounding the basic principle of streaming media technology, the author not only brought up a solution to continuing education platform of streaming media based on WindowsMedia and form broadcast and VOD through analysis and comparison of main stream technology, but also analyzed the security strategy of digital resources to realize a continuing education flatform with rich functions. |
